Information We Collect and Use

When you contact us through Wix Forms, we collect your name, email address, and any optional phone number, general property location, service interest, or message you provide. Only your name and email address are required.

We use this information to respond to inquiries, discuss requested services, and manage property care arrangements. We do not sell personal information or use inquiries for unsolicited marketing campaigns.

Please do not submit security codes or other sensitive property access information.

Website Services and Cookies

Our website uses Wix for hosting and contact forms, Wix Analytics for website usage statistics, and Google Maps to display our service area. These services may collect technical information, such as IP addresses, browser details, and website interactions, and may use cookies.

Essential technologies support website security and core functions. Other technologies support analytics and embedded maps. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; restricting them may affect some features.

Information Protection and International Processing

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and restrict access to authorized personnel and service providers as needed.

Wix and its service providers may process or store information outside Costa Rica. Google may also process information internationally when the embedded map loads. Their practices are described in the Wix Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy.

Retention and Your Choices

We retain information only as reasonably necessary for inquiries, requested services, and applicable legal obligations. Inquiries that do not lead to a service relationship are intended to be reviewed for deletion within 12 months.

You may request access, correction, or deletion, or withdraw consent for future processing, by emailing info@dharmapropertycare.com. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.
